I’m not a huge fan of vinaigrette type dressings. I’m a ranch girl through and through and having so many salads has become... uninviting. I found this poppy seed dressing at my local grocery store
and I’m happy to report that it’s dairy and soy free and doesn’t have the same
strong flavor as most of the vinegar based dressings. It’s definitely not ranch, but it works as a decent
replacement. FYI - It’s a sweet flavored
dressing.
Jif Natural Peanut Butter. I am addicted to peanut butter and was thrilled to find this. It's great for PB&J sandwiches, desserts, and I often just eat a spoonful of it when I'm hungry and nothing from the cupboard is jumping out at me.
This is the only pasta sauce I've been able to fine thus far that doesn't have soy hidden in the ingredients. Fortunately nearly all the pasta I've seen doesn't have dairy or soy so I still have the option of a spaghetti quick meal.
I found these tortilla at Costco, they are the kind that are premade but not cooked yet, so you still have to heat up a pan, but they are really fast to make and I think they are delicious. They work great for breakfast burritos, wraps, tacos etc. When I run out of homemade bread I tend to use these in place of bread.
